Cancellation Policy

Summary: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. After that, cancellation fees apply.
Standard Cancellation Terms

How to Cancel
- Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, OR
- Contact us at lotto235roma@gmail.com with your reservation ID
- Cancellation is effective upon our confirmation
Refund Processing
- Stripe payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Wire transfers: Refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days (provide IBAN)
- Refunds issued in EUR only; currency conversion fees not refunded
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Government travel restrictions: If official restrictions prevent travel, full refund or free rebooking offered.
- Property uninhabitable: If apartment becomes unavailable due to damage/emergency, full refund + assistance finding alternative.
- Medical emergencies: Considered case-by-case with documentation; we recommend travel insurance.
- Force majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes - full refund or free rebooking.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Promotional or "Non-Refundable" rate bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. These are clearly marked during booking.
